The appeal of the head of Zhasorat LLC (name changed) to the Business Ombudsman with a request for practical assistance in returning overpaid funds to the gas supply branch Khududgaz Navoi was studied.

      As it was established, when making an advance payment for January 2024, Zhasorat LLC, for technical reasons, instead of 40 million soums, a payment of 400 million soums was made.

      However, the question of returning the overpayment to the Company’s account was rejected, and this situation caused economic difficulties in the activities of the entrepreneur.

      With the intervention of the Commissioner's employees, the gas consumed by the business entity was recalculated, and the overpaid amount of 300 million soums was returned to the entrepreneur by the gas supply branch of Khududgaz Navoi.
