"Company" LLC (name changed), operating in the Kashkadarya region, sent an appeal to the Business Ombudsman for practical assistance in returning incorrectly collected tax payments.

According to the appeal, a tax measure was applied to the completed construction facility owned by the Company based on the conclusion of the working group on identifying unused facilities in the Nishan district. As a result,  519.4 million soums were collected from the Company.

As a result of the work performed by the Business Ombudsman on this issue, the Company was returned the incorrectly collected tax of 519.4 million soums.
