
Today, the Office of the Business Ombudsman hosted a training session on “Opportunities for the Use of Artificial Intelligence in the Public Sector.” The event was organized in cooperation with the Research Institute for the Development of Digital Technologies and Artificial Intelligence.
Artificial intelligence is not only an innovation but also an important tool for effective public administration, creating convenience for citizens, supporting entrepreneurship, and ensuring transparency.
Global experience shows that the effective use of artificial intelligence can increase the speed of public service delivery by 30–40%, while significantly reducing errors related to the human factor.
In Uzbekistan, a number of tasks are also being implemented in this area. In particular, within the framework of the “Digital Uzbekistan – 2030” strategy, special attention is being paid to the digitalization of public administration processes, the introduction of modern information systems, and the use of AI technologies.
The Business Ombudsman’s institution supports initiatives aimed at increasing the transparency and efficiency of public services, while taking into account the interests of entrepreneurs.
