The head of Mustahkam-qurilish LLC (name changed), operating in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, sent an appeal to the Business Ombudsman with a complaint about the inaction of the state executor BPI.

As it was established, by the executive act of the Kungirot Interdistrict Economic Court dated November 28, 2022 in favor of Mustahkam-qurilish LLC, the collection of 236.9 million soums of the principal debt and 25 million soums of penalty was established from the account of the debtor of Qoraqalpoq inshoot LLC (name changed).

However, despite the entrepreneur’s repeated appeals, the state judicial executive of the Nukus city branch of the BPI did not take any enforcement actions, and the debtor’s property, for various reasons, was refused to be offered for participation in online electronic auctions.

With the intervention of employees of the Office of the Business Ombudsman, it was possible to ensure that the debtor’s real estate, which was seized, located in the city of Nukus, was put up for electronic online auction on 02/19/2024.

In the future, proceeds from the auction will be used to collect the debt.
