The director of Fortuna Biznes LLC (name changed), operating in the city of Tashkent, sent an appeal to the Business Ombudsman with a complaint that payment for goods supplied under an agreement with the Urgut Specialized State Forestry has not been made for almost a year.

As it was found out, having become the winner of an open tender held on January 30, 2023, Fortuna Biznes LLC entered into an agreement with the Urgut Specialized State Forestry for the supply of solar panels worth 28 million soums.

However, despite the fact that the entrepreneur delivered the goods within the time period specified in the contract, the transfer of funds to the entrepreneur was refused for various reasons.

Thanks to the intervention of the Business Ombudsman, the entrepreneur’s problem was resolved in a short time and he was paid 28 million soums of debt.
