The head of Green Tex LLC, operating in the city of Andijan, turned to the Business Ombudsman with a request for practical assistance due to the failure to receive a response to his appeals sent to the Andijan Regional Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change.

As it was established, the Society appealed to the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change on November 3, 2023, and despite the expiration of more than two months, a response to the appeal was not received.

In accordance with Article 28 of the Law “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities”, an application or complaint is considered within fifteen days from the date of receipt by a state body, organization or their official, who are obliged to resolve the issue on the merits, and when additional study and ( or) verification, request for additional documents - within up to one month.

Thus, an official of the Department of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change was brought to administrative responsibility on the basis of Article 43 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
