Dissatisfied with this, the entrepreneur applied to the Business Ombudsman to protect his rights and legitimate interests.

As a result, based on the decision of the tax department of the Fergana region dated January 17, 2024 “On partial compensation of the negative difference in value added tax,” the return of 1.1 billion soums to the society was determined.
