An appeal of an entrepreneur from the Syrdarya region
about disagreement with the actions of the Syrdarya regional branch of the
Uzenergoinspection has been published in the electronic media. This appeal was
considered by the office of the Business Ombudsman, based on the results of the
study, the following was established.
The power company of the Boyovut district put forward
unreasonable requirements for the installation of a power station at the
expense of the entrepreneur-consumer, namely, the head of the family enterprise
“Qushtepa Service” Rano Tursunkhonova.
In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of
Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No.22 dated 12.01.2018 “On additional
measures to improve the procedure for the use of electrical energy and natural
gas”, the acquisition, installation, registration, periodic state verification
and sealing of electronic metering devices for electricity consumption by
household consumers and business entities, as well as replacement of existing
(including induction) metering devices is carried out at the expense of the
enterprise of territorial electrical networks.
Considering the abovementioned, the Prosecutor's Office
of Boyovut District is studying the issue of taking strict measures against the
head of the power supply company of Boyovut District K. Abdaliev and the chief
engineer N. Akbarov for putting unreasonable requirements on the entrepreneur.
