Employees of the Office of the Business Ombudsman provide practical assistance in promoting the activities of business entities and finding legal solutions to problems arising in their activities.

In particular, the Office received an appeal from the head of Service N LLC (name changed), operating in the Yangikurgan region, regarding the intervention of the head of the branch of the department of preschool and school education of the Yangikurgan region. in activities related to the organization of healthy nutrition for preschool educational organizations.

The appeal indicated that there had been interference in the activities of the entrepreneur in organizing healthy meals for preschool educational organizations in connection with the granting of unjustified powers by law to the head of the department of preschool and school education of the Yangi-Kurgan region.

In the process of studying the entrepreneur’s appeal, it was established that, on the basis of the order of the head of the department of Yangikurgan district preschool and school education dated June 14, 2023, the sector was allocated the function of organizing the activities of preschool education and alternative forms of education, which was not within its competence, and therefore there was interference in activity of an entrepreneur.

In this case, a letter was sent to the Department of Justice of the Namangan region regarding the legal assessment of the above order of the department in accordance with the requirements of current legislation. The order of the head of the department of preschool and school education of the Yangikurgan district dated June 14, 2023 was brought into compliance with the law, the receipt of an opinion from the relevant legal service center was ensured, and interference in the activities of the entrepreneur was prevented.
