The program “New Uzbekistan - a country of competitive products” was introduced, aimed at turning exporting enterprises into leading exporters and providing comprehensive support.

For exporting enterprises included in the Program:

based on the request of enterprises, the excess part of the tax generated as a result of the application of value added tax at a zero rate is fully refunded in an accelerated manner within 7 days when carrying out export and equivalent operations;

when receiving a loan to replenish working capital, commercial banks are recommended to accept export contracts as collateral;

At the expense of the Export Support Fund, based on the volume of exports carried out during the last 12 months to finance pre-export and export trade operations, financial assistance is provided in the amount of:

up to $1 million - with export volumes from $1 million to $5 million;

up to 2 million dollars - with an export volume of 5 million dollars to 10 million dollars;

up to 3 million dollars - with an export volume of 10 million dollars to 15 million dollars;

up to 4 million dollars - with an export volume of 15 million dollars to 20 million dollars;

up to 5 million dollars - with an export volume of more than 20 million dollars;

Financial assistance is provided in the amount of no more than 30 thousand US dollars for the implementation of one international standard and obtaining a certificate.

Within the framework of the Program, the selection of exporting enterprises is based on the following criteria:
