On November 19, 2021, the chief inspector of the Dekhkanabad District Tax Inspectorate was imposed an administrative fine under Article 241² of the Code of Administrative Responsibility of the Republic of Uzbekistan by a decision of the Dekhkonabad District Criminal Court in connection with an illegal inspection of the activities of individual entrepreneurs.

Despite this, the responsible employee did not comply with these requirements during inspections carried out repeatedly in the activities of 3 business entities.

Information about this offense and relevant documents were provided by the Kashkadarya regional sector of the Office of the Commissioner in a corresponding letter to the Dekhkanabad district prosecutor's office.

In connection with this circumstance, the prosecutor's office of the Dekhkonabad district initiated a criminal case against the responsible officer under paragraph “a” of part two of Article 192² of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

According to the verdict of the Mirishkor District Criminal Court, the responsible tax inspector was found guilty of committing a crime, subject to a fine of 100 times the basic calculation and, in accordance with Article 45 of the Criminal Code, with deprivation of the right to hold official and financially responsible positions in organizations with state participation for a period of 1 year.
