The results of the analysis of the appeals of entrepreneurs received by the Business Ombudsman for 2020 showed that most of appeals - 21% (1067) - are related to the allocation and withdrawal of land plots and objects. The main part of violations of property rights of entrepreneurs was revealed in the Tashkent region. One of the examples is the appeal of individual entrepreneur D. Ismoilova, who carried out trading activities on the territory of Angren Degon Bozori LLC.

D. Ismoilova's commercial facility on the territory of this bazaar was demolished, however, compensation for the damage caused was not paid. As a result of the intervention of the Business Ombudsman, the administration (khokimiyat) of the city of Angren paid 125 million soums in compensation.
