On November 17, 2020, under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan a video selector was held, dedicated to measures to improve the system for the execution of court documents.

By order of the President, the Business Ombudsman and the Chamber of Commerce were given an additional right to apply for a deferral or payment by installments of the debts of business entities within the framework of executive documents providing for collection in favor of the state.

These measures will allow entrepreneurs to carry out their activities, as well as implement investment projects despite their debt, thereby providing significant support during the pandemic.
