An individual entrepreneur A. Gaimullin addressed the Business Ombudsman with a request to assist in the launching his entrepreneurial activity.

It was established that in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated August 15, 2018 No. UP-5511 “On measures for the implementation of an experiment to improve the investment climate in Tashkent city”, the investment project of A. A. Gaimullin was approved by the Tashkent city administration. However, due to the untimely execution of relevant documents related to the investment project, the implementation of the project by the entrepreneur was delayed for a year.

With the help of the officers of the Business Ombudsman in Tashkent city, all the necessary documents related to the investment project of the individual entrepreneur A. Gainullin were drawn up, agreed upon by the Cabinet of Ministers, and land was allocated for starting an entrepreneurial activity.
