- to prepare proposals for improving legislation aimed at strengthening the legal guarantees of business entities and stimulating their development;
- to identify, study and eliminate cases of unreasonable interference in the activities of business entities by state and regulatory authorities, forming an appropriate database;
- to take measures to bring to justice the guilty officials of state and regulatory bodies for violating the requirements of the legislation adopted in the field of entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities:
-to strengthen performance discipline in the constituent sectors of the Office of the Commissioner;
-to account for the timely execution of documents and tasks based on a system of electronic work and workflow, ensuring their circulation, analysis and control;
- to account for the timely execution of documents and tasks, making proposals to improve the quality of a unified system for their circulation, analysis and control;
-methodologically guide on the organization of control over the execution of documents and tasks in the constituent sectors of the Office of the Commissioner.

Responsibilities:
- to organize, direct and control work in the sphere of work with personnel;
- to ensure the implementation of orders and instructions of the Commissioner and instructions of the head of the Office of the Commissioner, the tasks specified in the work plan;
- in cooperation with state bodies and organizations, make proposals to ensure the selection and appointment of educated, morally clean, conscientious and qualified personnel with high moral character;
- regularly critically analyze the efficiency and performance of the Commissioner's employees, and takes the necessary measures based on the results;
- to take measures to prevent corruption and other offenses in the Office of the Commissioner in accordance with the requirements of the Law "On Combating Corruption".

Responsibilities:

-to fund the Commissioner in the prescribed manner;
-to provide accounting and reporting on the movement of cash, goods and fixed assets strictly according to established rules;

- to ensure timely and full financing of the Commissioner in accordance with the list of estimated costs approved in the prescribed manner.

- to coordinate of inspections of the activities of business entities, as well as to control over the legality of inspections of the activities of business entities by regulatory authorities.

-to assess of the effectiveness of the impact of the adopted regulatory legal acts on the implementation of entrepreneurial activities;
- to prepare proposals for improving legislation aimed at strengthening the legal guarantees of business entities, stimulating their development;
- to implement international cooperation with representatives of similar institutions of foreign countries, international organizations, national authorities of foreign states and other institutions in the field of protecting the rights and legitimate interests of business entities.

Responsibilities:
- to inform the public about the activities of the Commissioner through the media, social networks, the official website of the Commissioner, as well as other information resources, including through the organization of press conferences, briefings, media tours;
- to develop and implement of measures to inform and highlight the process of socio-political and socio-economic development of our country in the Office of the Commissioner;
- to form and promote a positive image of the Commissioner, conducting social surveys and studying public opinion in other forms;
- to form a group of experts for the purpose of effective interaction with the media, dissemination of operational information within the framework of journalists and bloggers constantly working with information services, as well as to ensure the participation of the general population in the discussion of draft legal acts.
